Various types of reports can be generated, with the content to be included in the report chosen by the user. With a click of a button, reports are then automatically generated into an easy-to-read format for viewing and printing purposes. Content that can be included in the reports include:

• the time the call was made

• the extension that made the call

• the type of call made

• the time it took for the call to be answered

• the length of the conversation when the call was answered

• determines whether call was answered by primary station or rolled over to be answered by secondary station

• the extension that answered the call

• the time the call was answered

• the time the call was ended

• how the call was ended
