Seamless Integration with Wireless Technology
The software allows you to seamlessly integrate the Nurse Courier 3 System and virtually
any wireless network onto a single platform. This allows the facility’s wireless devices to
receive instant notification and text messaging for calls and events.
Graphical User Interface
Using the software’s easy-to-use Graphical User Interface, you can configure the wireless
network to fit the exact needs of the facility. For example, assign Room Stations to wireless
devices, customize escalation responses for unanswered calls, or program assignment
schedules to automatically be reassigned to accommodate staffing requirements for different
times of the day.
The GUI interface offers numerous features, allowing you to monitor and communicate with
multiple independent systems on a single point of control.
Management Reporting
Management Software provides central reporting on staff and resident activity in real time.
Reports include information such as total calls placed, average call response time, total
service requirements, and average staff response time. Such information can then be reviewed by supervisory staff to improve management efficiency and staff productivity.
